Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference website with no authority over the New Hanover County Detention Facility, New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, courts, NC SAVAN, federal agencies, or any other government office. It does not host or maintain official inmate, release, court, parole, probation, or custody records.

The site cannot confirm a person’s present custody, arrange or speed a release, change a record, calculate an official release date, accept a public-records request for an agency, or file a court document. Its role is limited to explaining and linking to New Hanover County and North Carolina record resources and providing access to optional third-party research tools. Official status must come from the agency that controls the relevant custody or record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site, its content, and its links responsibly and lawfully. By continuing, each visitor agrees to these limits:

Nothing displayed here is an official statement by the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, a North Carolina court, DAC, or another government authority. Visitors must verify time-sensitive facts with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability
